Case Study: Fugitive Motel
We filled long window planters with tropical and desert style planting provide an impressive street frontage. We also manufactured and dressed feature lighting planters with faux plants to above.
We installed retro inspired Tongue and grove cladding to the existing bulkhead along with faux planting.
For the ‘Off Sales’ area we manufactured pastel coloured cabinetry in house, complete with 50’s style ply edges and reeded glass doors on a faux green wall backdrop. The long centre table is manufactured from raw steel with a tiled top, and sits on a painted pastel green and cork floor.
The client wanted a flexible bar menu that would allow for the lettering to be moved around. We installed slim brass coloured rails on walnut panelling above simple raw ply cabinetry. We used a mop stick cladding to the bar front to compliment the decorative bar top.
We hand painted and aged a checker board floor onto the existing concrete.
Perforated ply wall panelling was installed above painted tongue and groove to the games room walls. We then sourced and installed vintage radios and telephones above the doors.
